Established in 1983 as part of the Rousco Group, Topco started with its first shipment of herring from Canada. Since then the company has steadily grown to become one of the leading distributors of consumer goods in Haiti by leveraging inefficiencies in the supply chain.
Our competitive advantage consists of targeting retailers through strategically placed cash and carry wholesale stores located throughout Haiti. Topco has created an efficient backbone distribution operation that addresses upper levels of the value chain.
Our cash and carry wholesale stores and point of sales, branded for the local market as “Kay Lucien”, are fully integrated to facilitate communication between each other in order to effectively execute sales campaigns and inventory management strategies. Clients are thus able to conveniently walk in and find any product in any of our stores.
